We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Secondary School Music Teacher to join our Team on a fixed term contract for Term 3, part time (0.85 FTE) commencing 21 July.

This role reports to and collaborates with the Director of Music.
What you bring to the role:
- Proven track record in the delivery of music lessons to secondary students
- Use of appropriate learning technologies to enhance student outcomes
- Ability to assess and evaluate student learning
- Capacity to accommodate different student learning styles and abilities
- Ability to develop constructive relationships with students which engender positive attitudes to learning
- High level communication and interpersonal skills when relating to students, parents and staff
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of child safe practices, including reporting requirements
- Appropriate qualifications for teaching music
- Clearance to work with children - registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Entitled to live and work in Australia
