ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EC
In this dynamic Artificial Intelligence club, students utilize AI art and text apps like ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, and Leonardo AI to create a diverse range of artistic projects inspired by popular culture and literature. Using thought-provoking prompts generated by ChatGPT, members produce visually striking images, posters, comics, graphic novels, and immersive stories. The synergy between human creativity and AI technology allows them to push the boundaries of traditional storytelling. Additionally, the exploration extends to AI-powered games, showcasing the club's commitment to innovative and interactive forms of expression.

AMPLIFY YOURSELF
Amplify Yourself aims to cultivate the unique strengths of our young people, as well as helping (when needed) to identify what those passions and strengths might be. We support passion projects in a variety of ways during these weekly sessions by providing advice, ideas, resources/materials and if possible, connections with industry professionals. Student projects can be left set up with each student able to return to their workspace weekly.
So what's your big idea?

Are you curious about space and want to explore what is out there? In Cosmos Club you can make use of ELTHAM College’s state of the art on-site astronomical observatory and also gain access to a suite of scientific telescopes worldwide. You can take your own images of planets, moons, stars, galaxies, nebulae and other celestial objects. As well as creating beautiful images, you can become involved in real science such as searching for exoplanets and analysing variable stars. Guidance will be provided but you are also free to follow your own passions and interest. At Cosmos Club, not even the sky is the limit! “Space is for everybody. It’s not just for a few people in science or math, or for a select group of astronauts. That’s our new frontier out there, and it’s everybody’s business to know about space.” – Christa McAuliffe (teacher & astronaut).
