Holiday Program

The ELTHAM College Holiday Program is supervised by qualified carers and operates during term breaks. Hours of operation are 7.15am – 6.30pm.

Children participate in age specific activities. Program activity schedules are available prior to each holiday period.

Holiday Program enrolments are capped at 33 children per day. A wait list will be compiled for enrolment requests where this cap has been reached. Families will be contacted directly should a place become available.

Please note that we require a days notice to provide refunds or credit for any cancellations. We are unable to swap over of any booked day/s to alternate days.

Term 1 Holiday Program – Tuesday 11 April – Monday 24 April 2023

Bookings for the April School Holiday Program are now being taken.

Please complete a Booking Form by Monday 3 April and return via email.

Please note that an Enrolment Form only needs to be completed for the first program in attendance for the year.

2023 Out of Hours School Care (OSHC) and Holiday Program)

Child Care Subsidy is available to meet the out-of-pocket expenses to all eligible students attending either of these programs. Further booking assistance is available by calling 9433 9964.

We use a direct debit process for our Holiday Program. Please access the information below for more details.

WE ASK THAT NUT AND NUT PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN CHILDREN’S LUNCH BOXES DURING THE PROGRAM. At all times children are required for their own safety to wear appropriate footwear (no thongs etc)

HOLIDAY PROGRAM FEES

Full day: $72.00 per child

Full day including incursion: $72.00 + $30.00* per child

*No CCS is applied to additional incursion fees as cost covers external providers expenses.

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (CCS)

ELTHAM College OSHC is an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Service. The CCS is a government subsidy that offers different levels of financial assistance to Australian families to help cover the cost of childcare. It is available to eligible parents to help with the out-of-pocket expenses for students attending our programs. The CCS is paid directly to the service.
