In this role you will lead a talented and dedicated team of Faculty leaders in the senior school and will drive excellence in curriculum design and foster a culture of innovative teaching, where students and educators alike are encouraged to embrace challenges and explore new possibilities. Your vision and leadership will help shape a future-focused education that prepares students to thrive.

A key aspect of your leadership will involve leveraging data to inform teaching practices and guide continuous improvement. By using evidence-based insights, you will ensure that the learning experience is both personalised and impactful, meeting the diverse needs of all students.

To this role you will bring an innovation mindset, well-developed project management skills, an understanding of contemporary pedagogies, the ability to upskill others in evidence-based approaches and experience and effectiveness in leadership.
