This senior leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership for Community Engagement and Experience at ELTHAM College. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who is forward thinking, customer centric and results driven.
This is a full-time, onsite, ongoing position.

The Head of Community Engagement and Experience leads admissions, marketing, communications, and community engagement at ELTHAM College. This role is crucial for achieving the College's educational and commercial objectives by providing a professional experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Head of Community Engagement and Experience develops and implements strategic marketing and associated operating plans to enhance student recruitment and retention. The role also involves working with internal teams and external partners to create effective marketing, communication, and customer experience initiatives to meet the College’s strategic goals.
The role is responsible for building the College’s brand and reputation ensuring it is highly regarded across the entire community.
The role may be required to work after normal business hours or on weekends or public holidays on occasion in order to support College activities.
What you bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business
- A strong awareness of current educational trends
- Proven ability to foster a customer-centric culture that delivers high-quality service
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and individuals
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and relate effectively to people internally and externally.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
