Elite and Emerging Athletes
Our Elite and Emerging Athletes Program (EEAP) provides students with a holistic environment designed to support their sporting pursuits. Through coaching, tuition, and specialist training, we equip aspiring athletes to maximise their potential in their sport.
Leadership
Our Leadership Program enables students to step into pivotal leadership roles, where they develop essential skills through key responsibilities and representing the student cohort. Student Leaders gain valuable experience within the school and broader community.
Outdoor Education
Our Outdoor Education Program immerses students in progressive, hands-on experiences that foster personal growth, resilience, and respect for the environment. Through practical, flexible and self-directed learning, students are enriched with a sense of adventure.
Hospitality – Coffee Shop
Our Coffee Shop Program provides students with a unique, real-world experience in a fully operational training restaurant and cafe, Swipers Gully. Through this work experience program, students gain valuable work-ready skills.
House Music
Our House Music Program is entirely student-led. It challenges participants from each House – Evelyn, Bell, Ross, and Nillumbik – to compete for the prestigious House Music trophy, showcasing their talents and leadership in an extraordinary annual performance in Term 1 of each school year.

Student Wellbeing

Senior School students start every school day with a dedicated class mentor session, providing holistic support that is complementary to our smaller class sizes.
Leadership Opportunities
Our K-12 co-curricular program has embedded leadership opportunities for Senior School students, fostering a whole-of-school community culture.
Job Ready Skill Building
Senior School students have the opportunity to learn job-ready skills at our onsite Swipers Restaurant and Winery from Year 8 onwards. They can also partake in activities and services offered by the ELTHAM College LifeWork Centre, dedicated to supporting students from Year 9 with gaining work experience, creating resumes, mock interviews and job applications, and researching and applying for a variety of post-school options including university, employment, or apprenticeships.
