Surface Pros that are part of the Tablet Computer Program are equipped with a secure connection back to the College so assistance can quickly and easily be offered remotely.
For all requests for assistance please contact the Technology Centre. Do not physically attend the Technology Centre without being requested to do so by the Technology Centre staff.
Should a tablet computer not be repairable remotely, or if consumables such as batteries or pen nibs are required, the Technology Centre will offer a “contact-free” service. This must, however, be pre-arranged.
The preferred contact method is email. Email as much detail as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. Plenty of detail will ensure the technician is as equipped as possible to solve your issue. Screenshots are useful. Including a preferred contact number will also save time.
